These days work-life balance can seem like an impossible feat. Even the term gets criticized. Companies have viewed flexible arrangements as obstacles to success when our experience said the opposite is true. For my co-founder, Brittney, and I, being motivated and driven working moms flexibility made us even more motivated, disciplined and valuable leaders to our organizations. Being present with our families brought us joy and stability that resulted in better outcomes in our professional careers, we wanted to create a place that offers this possibility more broadly.

Emily and I sought to find success in both our personal and professional worlds. We believe that every single talented professional is a human being with unique desires, hopes and dreams so intentionally striving to achieve those across all facets of your life should be more supported.

Thus, WorkWell Consulting Group was born. With close to three decades of combined experience in the financial services and insurance industries, we decided to forge our own path. We decided we would create a company where talented individuals could add immense value to organizations and achieve their goals across both their professional and personal lives.

Kelli leads the execution of WorkWell client engagements, fosters innovation within our business model, and oversees internal strategic initiatives.  She translates long-term plans into actionable short-term projects, identifies target markets, and deepen relationships with our clients.
